Short version: the optional email list collects only the address you submit. It is used for PRXD.JAY release updates, is not sold, and can be removed on request.

Email list

If you join the email list, PRXDIGY LLC stores your email address, the time you joined, the signup source, and the consent wording shown with the form. The list is kept in a private Google Sheet owned by PRXDIGY LLC. Google processes that information as the storage provider.

The address is used only for occasional PRXD.JAY release-update emails. Joining is free. The site does not collect payment details through this form, and it does not sell or share the list for someone else's marketing.

Duplicate submissions update the existing record instead of publishing or exposing a subscriber list. To be removed, email prxd.jay@gmail.com from the address you joined with. The record will be marked removed and will not be used for future updates.

Information you choose to send

If you email PRXD.JAY or send a direct message through a linked social platform, the information you send is used to respond to you. It is not sold or shared for someone else's marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad-network trackers. The email form does not store your address in the browser.

Music and video players from Spotify and YouTube are covered by those companies' own privacy policies. YouTube videos do not load until you tap play.

Links to other services

This site links to music, video, social, and commerce platforms. When you follow one of those links, that service's privacy policy applies.

Age

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
